Episode 23: Why It’s All About People with Adam Rowledge

On today’s episode we had a very interesting conversation with Adam Rowledge about why it’s important to invest in people, the biggest issue in the hospitality industry and how we can build a more effective and profitable hotel. He shared with us how he and his team implements strategies on creating a better customer service at Georgian House Hotel in London.
